Every Google Meet room system requires an active hardware license to operate. The Google Meet Hardware License is an annual, per-device subscription that activates the Meet room experience on your certified hardware — enabling one-touch join, Google Calendar integration, remote management via Google Admin Console, and all Meet room features.
